Downloading Bethesda mods from Older Game Versions

The 2024 Fallout 4 game update made it impossible to for some people to download Bethesda mods with an older version of the game. Some people don't want to upgrade until all the F4SE mods they use are updated for the NG version. Here are instructions to get you going.
